Update

Hello, it has been a while. Life has this rather pesky habit of throwing curveballs, and 2023 was a rough one for me. Anywho, I have not forgotten about this space, and I will be back in full swing soon. I will be graduating with my bachelor’s in English/Writing in March of this year, and I will have the time to read for pleasure again. I miss books. I have continued to accumulate, but have had little time to read between my literature classes, writing papers, and so many articles and textbooks for my sociology minor. I do have a few books I will be posting about in the coming weeks: Reckless Girls by Rachel Hawkins, Rose Madder by Stephen King (I’ve been rereading this novel for my capstone project), and a few others that I have been able to pick up sporadically. Things will be back in full swing, and I am hoping to build this space into what I envisioned when I first began.
